All CQUni students are invited to attend, no matter your course or location.
About the program
The program has been broken up into three focus areas; social change workshops, guest speakers, and career planning sessions. You can choose to register for all or part of the program.
Social Change Workshops (Morning stream)
The social change workshops will require your commitment for the full week. Workshops will give you the opportunity to develop and demonstrate the skills you need to accelerate your career. Working in teams, you will address community challenges and develop change initiatives in areas that you are passionate about. On the final day of the conference, you will have the opportunity to pitch your ideas and vision to our panel of judges.
During the lunchtime sessions, guest speakers including our Alumni Panel will inspire you to think about your career options and personal impact more broadly.
Career Planning Sessions
Chart your own career path with our afternoon career preparation sessions. You will learn how to combine your strength, skills, experience, and personal values to form your personal career plan, and look at the actions you can take so that you stand out in the crowd.
Don’t miss the end of conference celebration and Mentor Awards during the lunchtime session on Friday, 6 November.
