Weekly Sessions

Self care is essential in times of stress. Each Guided Relaxation session is tailored to the needs of the students participating. Starting with a conversation, we then shift into a guided meditation or other suitable support modality. Our aim is for you to leave feeling calmer and more centered, ready to focus with clarity and confidence.

Mentor and Leadership Program Coordinator, Tanya Rutherford is online every Thursday from 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm (AEST).

About Tanya

Tanya is a qualified leadership and business coach who recently completed her certificate in transformational embodiment. Experienced in helping others understand what is holding them back, Tanya helps students to develop the behaviours, mindset and strategies to help become resilient and confident within themselves.
