Eat. Chill. Sweat series
The Office of Social Innovation and International Student Health Promotion presents Eat – Chill – Sweat, a virtual health and wellbeing program for Term 1. Take advantage of this FREE health and wellbeing program. Now it’s easy to cook well, eat well and breath well, all without leaving your home!
The Eat. Chill. Sweat. series is open to all CQUniversity students. Classes are capped at 30 people per session, so you have the chance to ask questions speak up and reach out
All classes are beginner-friendly. No experience necessary. Please mute your microphone when entering class and turn it on when requested by facilitator. Classes will close 5 minutes after commencing so please be on time
Classes run weekly over the coming 9 weeks, from 6 April to 5 June.
A guided meditation and mindfulness class to get you ready for the week. Learn calming techniques you can use, when you need them. Hosted every Monday, 9.30 am – 10.30 am AEST.
A 45 minute home workout (cardio and strength) followed by stretching and a Q&A where you can ask the trainer for tips and tricks on working out from home. Get an exercise routine that works for you!
Workout Wednesday only requires a small space and no equipment to get fit. Hosted every Wednesday 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm AEST.
Cook step-by-step with a qualified instructor to make delicious, low cost meals. The perfect way to get creative and add a new dish to your repertoire.
Flavour Friday requires basic kitchen utensils, oven, stove and listed ingredients. Hosted every Friday 5 pm to 6 pm.
