Information to have ready - When contacting TaSAC, please provide as much detail as possible describing your situation:
- Your full name
- Student number
- Contact details including a telephone number and email address
- A description of the issue and any error messages that are displayed
Where possible, students and staff are encouraged to attach a screen shot.
Video Conferencing & ISL Lecturers - If students or staff require assistance while viewing an ISL lecture or video conference session, please dial extension 52020.
Log your IT Requests Online
The IT Service Desk Online (https://tasac.cqu.edu.au) is a web-based program that enables students and staff to log their IT service requests and enquiries with the IaTD Service Centre. Once you submit an IT request, a reference number will be sent to your CQUniversity student or staff email account.
