Information to have ready - When contacting TaSAC, please provide as much detail as possible describing your situation:

  • Your full name
  • Student number
  • Contact details including a telephone number and email address
  • A description of the issue and any error messages that are displayed
    Where possible, students and staff are encouraged to attach a screen shot.

Video Conferencing & ISL Lecturers - If students or staff require assistance while viewing an ISL lecture or video conference session, please dial extension 52020.

ICT Servies Outage

IaTD will soon have to cause a little bit of disruption in order to bring you a better, safer and more secure data centre.

This will involve shutting down all IT systems hosted out of Rockhampton, including:

  • Moodle (HE and VET)
  • Phones
  • Email
  • MyCentre
  • Student Portal
  • TaSAC
  • Campus computer labs
  • VPN

The work will occur across two weekends in June to minimise the disruption to staff and students.
