MyCQU - R U OK? Day

R U OK? Day

A conversation could change a life

R U OK? Day is an initiative of the national suicide prevention charity R U OK? The national day of action is dedicated to reminding everyone to ask, “Are you OK?” and to remember every day of the year to support people who may be struggling with life’s ups and downs.

This year, R U OK? Day is being held on Thursday, 12 September and the campaign is encouraging everyone to Trust the Signs, Trust your Gut & Ask R U OK?

Did you know? Nearly 1 in 2 Australians (49%) believe they’d be more confident starting an R U OK? conversation if they knew the signs that could indicate someone's struggling with life. Source: Learn the signs >>
