Coronavirus (COVID-19)

ADVICE FOR STUDENTS

CQUniversity continues to closely monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and is providing regular updates to students based on information from Federal and State Government authorities. We will provide updates as new information becomes available.

Please ensure you are receiving official emails to your student email account. If you have recently changed your password, you must sign out and in again through the Gmail app or other email-related apps on your mobile device. If you are signed in and still not receiving official emails, please contact TaSAC by calling 1300 666 620 or emailing tasac@cqu.edu.au.

CQUniversity has decided to continue with online delivery for the duration of Term 2 and Term 3 2020, except for some TAFE units. Please refer to your Moodle units for unit-specific advice from your teaching teams.

Due to strict Stage 4 restrictions implemented by the Victorian Government, on-site operations at the Melbourne campus are temporarily suspended. No student access at this time.Teaching will continue as normal, as scheduled online. Students will also be able to access academic, library and support services online.

All other CQUniversity campuses remain open and students can still access student and academic learning services, libraries, resources and facilities, including computer labs.

In line with the NSW State Government’s strong recommendation advising anyone outside of their home to wear a mask, we ask that all students, staff and visitors to the Sydney campus to wear a mask on campus, including in bathrooms, lifts, study spaces and work areas.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
